This conference sets a strategic, multi‑level framework to rehabilitate and rebuild Gaza’s education system. It mobilizes international partners to restore safe learning, deliver psychosocial and pedagogical support, rehabilitate damaged schools, and rebuild a resilient, inclusive education system led by local stakeholders. Aligned with INEE, UNESCO, and UNICEF standards, the conference prioritizes urgent action, medium‑term stabilization, and long‑term system reform to secure continuity of learning and a hopeful future for Gaza’s children and youth.
